"Zane Lacaden was born in Castle Hospital in 1984. Raised in Waimanalo and grew up in Kalihi, Ewa Beach, Kaneohe, Waipahu and back to Waimanalo life was a roller coaster ride with many experiences. After graduating from Kailua High in 2002, life was a series of adventures that would see him learn from failures and be encouraged with success. In 2003, he interned with KUCD-FM (STAR 101.9) with Clear Channel Hawaii. In 2004, He was offered a paid position as an event coordinator/promotions assistant. Learning about both in the office and out in the public sides of radio, he gathered a lot of experience in problem solving, coordinating interns, and event execution that he still uses today. In 2008, he was hired by Visionary Related Entertainment as a promotions assistant. During that time, he expressed his dream of becoming a radio DJ. In 2009, They allowed him to fulfil that dream with a mid-day weekend show on KPOI-FM (105.9 KPOI) as well as event coordinating for their cluster of radio stations. While learning the On-Air side, he also became an asset for board operations, radio show producing, and commercial producing. While taking a break from Hawaii for a bit, He returned to Hawaii and started working at The Institute for Family Enrichment as a Youth Prevention Specialist. Going into schools, community centers, and other places to teach teens about drug/alcohol/tobacco preventions, factual health issues, and ways to share these informations with their peers. He learned to interact with the younger generation, to help them not make the same mistakes he did. In 2013, he was let go by TIFFE due to budget cuts, and was also hired by Trinity Broadcasting Network as production staff. While at TBN he monetized skills he learned as a hobby. From editing TV shows, studio camera operations, working the control board, floor directing, and more. Due to some global infrastructure changes, he was let go… to start his own business. In 2014, zane decided to put all his professional skill into a business that help guide teens into making good choices while creating positive media products. Radio shows, TV Shows, Movies, Website development, and even building Mobile Apps. His goal is to empower teens into making career, not job, goals early in life by way though media.
